Ryan Maddison

Since early years, Ryan has held a deep passion for automotive sector, motorsport and performance improvement.

It is that passion that has seen him forge a successful career in the automotive and motorsport industries with Mercedes-Benz and Motorsport in the international series if GT3 and Supercars Australia.

Ryan’s lengthy association with Mercedes-Benz began as a teenager where he commenced an apprenticeship with the Mercedes-Benz Academy in Melbourne, Victoria.

Impressively, during all four years of his apprenticeship, he was awarded the Mercedes-Benz Academy’s Apprentice of the Year title as he began to forge a long standing reputation within the company.

Ryan progressed swiftly through the ranks at Mercedes-Benz as a Field Engineer before moving into Aftersales Business Management and Senior Management roles responsible for the South Pacific Region including Management in the areas of Training, Sales, Finance and Distribution.

Ryan’s professional developments through Mercedes-Benz engaged the country’s leading training coordinators in Business Management and Performance Improvement and ultimately lead to his involvement in Motorsport. What started in various forms of motorsports took to the international arena of GT3 and Supercars Championships.

Following success in various disciplines with specific events and Championships would then lead to Sector 4 Management and independent consultancy.

Martin Rowland

martin

Martin has been self-employed since the age of 22 when he started a civil construction company in Melbourne. Originally focussed in building backbone infrastructure in the telecommunication sector, Martin’s business expanded into other utility sectors including water, waste water and electricity.

Also involved in the sale and acquisition of numerous companies in recent times, Martin’s concentration has turned to investing in small medium enterprise start-ups and established businesses requiring capital and management expertise.

Clayton Glenister

claytonClayton is the Managing Partner of MBA Lawyers.

Clayton completed a Bachelor of Laws Degree and was admitted as a Solicitor in New South Wales and Queensland in February 2002.  He is also a graduate of the Australian Institute of Directors (GAICD) and holds a Diploma in Financial Services (Dip FS).

Clayton practices as a Commercial Lawyer, having extensive experience in large scale mixed use property developments, property syndication, as well as Body Corporate and Management Rights.

Clayton also practices in the areas of Conveyancing, business sales and purchases, Leasing and Commercial Agreements.
